Tour Partner Group teams up with travel tech company Nezasa
Travel tech company, Nezasa, and B2B destination management outfit Tour Partner Group are joining forces.
Backed by private equity, Tour Partner Group recently announced the acquisition of JacTravel, a leading UK-based DMC, further strengthening its market position and accelerating its growth trajectory.
To enhance its operational capabilities and extend its market reach, Tour Partner Group has chosen Nezasa’s TripBuilder platform.
The technology will initially be implemented internally to optimise workflows and improve efficiencies, with plans to subsequently launch a B2B portal for third-party agents.
By adopting Nezasa’s solution, Tour Partner Group aims to reduce time to present clients with offers by 25 per cent and drive improved productivity. Furthermore, joining Nezasa’s peer-to-peer network will provide Tour Partner Group with a first-mover advantage, facilitating growth in its B2B2C channel.
“We are really excited to welcome Tour Partner Group as a customer at such an exciting time in their growth journey,” said Alex Farmer, Chief Revenue Officer at Nezasa.
“TripBuilder’s capabilities will streamline their operations and unlock new growth opportunities, reinforcing their position as an industry leader.”
Paul Maine, Chief Executive Officer of Tour Partner Group, added: “We are delighted to be integrating Nezasa’s technology into our operations.
“This partnership aligns perfectly with our vision of innovation and expansion, providing us with the tools necessary to achieve our growth objectives and enhance our service offerings.”
This collaboration, secured through a three-year contract, is set to transform Tour Partner Group’s operational landscape, empowering the company to scale effectively and efficiently.
